INFORMATION NEEDED FOR ORDER:
1.Clear ultrasound picture (jpeg file) or indicate you would like to use the stock photo in the listing
**CHANGES TO THE ORIGINAL DESIGN WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE**
Once all information is received a proof will be sent to you in 1-2 business days. Please take the time to review ALL items on the proof. Please look for design errors or typos. I will copy and paste from your original note so please make sure all is correct before approving. Once you approve and file has been sent if any changes need to be made you will need to pay for revisions.

* PDF file format (8.5" x 11") - print as many copies as you need (can use regular paper w/ double sided permanent tape)
* You can print at home or at your local print shop (Staples, Office depot, UPS store etc..)
* There will be no physical items shipped to you and there are no shipping charges
* Watermark will not appear on the original file
PAPER SUGGESTIONS: For best results print onto white glossy flyer paper, glossy presentation paper, or glossy brochure paper, 8 1/2" x 11" inch.
WHAT YOU MAY NEED:
*You will need Adobe Reader to open the PDF file, which is available for free at www.adobe.com
*Glue stick or double sided tape to seal (I prefer permanent double sided tape)

Due to variations in computer monitors as well as printers. The color printed may appear different than what is seen on screen. The color can also vary depending on the paper you use for printing. In addition the quality of the printer will play a factor.
